BHOPAL → WORLDWIDE

A medical tourism site built to earn a Gulf patient's trust.

Nab Ul Hayat brings patients from Saudi Arabia, the UAE and the wider Gulf to accredited hospitals in New Delhi. The site has one job: turn a worried first visit into a WhatsApp message. It does that in English and in Arabic.

Phase 01Audit

Thirteen sections, read in the order a patient meets them.

The brief was a working site that was not converting. Before redesigning anything, I mapped every section of the homepage and the order a visitor actually meets them: promise, proof, process, specialties, doctors, stories, hospitals, FAQ, contact.

The audit showed the page was asking for trust before it had earned it, and that the one action that matters, a WhatsApp message or a quote request, arrived too late.

The homepage cut at its own seams. Every tile is a real section, sliced where its background changes.
Phase 02Hero

Lead with the promise. Put the form beside it.

The old hero described the company. The new one leads with the thing a patient is weighing, the client's own headline promise of up to 70% saved on treatment in India, with the free treatment plan form sitting right beside it and the reply time stated up front.

A trust bar underneath carries the figures the client publishes: partner hospitals, specialist doctors, countries served, rating. The top of the page now answers the first three questions in order: what do I save, why trust you, who treats me.

The top of the page lifted apart: promise, proof, people. Each layer answers the next question a Gulf patient asks before reaching out.
Phase 03Components

One card pattern, so every treatment reads the same way.

Treatment cards were rebuilt on a custom PHP shortcode rather than hand-placed widgets, so every card follows one pattern: specialty tag, saving or price badge, one link to a quote. Add a treatment and it inherits the system.

Treatment detail pages moved to a two-column layout with the quote form and contact widgets in a sidebar that follows the reader. Doctor cards, hospital cards and the FAQ were brought onto the same grid and the same type scale.

The full homepage with detail callouts: the quote form beside the promise, the saving badge on every card, and two doors in: WhatsApp or a short form.
Phase 04Design system

Pulled from the pixels, then checked for contrast.

The client's colours were sampled from the live site and fixed as a five-tone system: deep navy for primary surfaces, mist for secondary, leaf green for the one accent, ink blue for text, haze for borders.

Every pairing was checked against WCAG 2.2. White on the green button measured 2.74:1 and failed, so a darker leaf was specified for buttons, which passes at 4.67:1. The section rhythm alternates white and mist bands, with four navy bands marking the moments that ask for trust.

  • Deep navy#153661
  • Mist#F6F8FC
  • Leaf#5EAF3E
  • Ink blue#223A66
  • Haze#E4E8EF
  • Leaf, fixed#46822E
Palette, contrast checks and the thirteen-section rhythm of the homepage.
Phase 05Arabic

One platform. English and Arabic, mirrored properly.

Gulf patients read Arabic first, so the Arabic version is a real right-to-left build, not a translated copy. Layouts mirror, components flip, and the header and language switcher were rebuilt to hold both directions without breaking.

Every section was translated, and hreflang links each English page to its Arabic twin so search engines serve the right one to the right reader.

The same platform across desktop, tablet and phone, in English and Arabic.
Phase 06Content and SEO

Pages built around the questions Gulf patients actually ask.

Each treatment page was researched and written around four questions: how much it costs, why India, what happens step by step, and what people worry about, answered in an FAQ.

Underneath it sits an eleven-phase SEO plan with implementation packs: Rank Math metadata fixes across the site, landing pages for each GCC country, hreflang, and speed work through LiteSpeed cache tuning and plugin audits. The SEO work is still running. Ranking and lead figures will be added once there is enough Search Console data to stand behind.

The whole build, start to finish, in 64 seconds.
Phase 07Live

Live in two languages, built to end in a WhatsApp message.

The site went live with design, build, content and SEO all handled from one desk. Nothing was passed between a designer, a developer and a copywriter, so the hero, the cards, the Arabic build and the treatment copy all pull in the same direction: a worried visitor, a clear promise, one message.

Nab Ul Hayat, live at nabulhayat.com in English and Arabic.
